1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Petrasands. By accessing our website, consulting with our advisors, or booking any travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Bespoke Booking & Reservations
Petrasands specializes in customized, luxury itineraries. A formal proposal will be provided after your initial consultation.
- A non-refundable planning deposit may be required to begin the extensive curation of your itinerary.
- Bookings are only confirmed once a signed agreement and the required deposit (usually 30% to 50% of the total trip cost) are received.
- The remaining balance is generally due 60 days prior to the departure date.
3. Cancellations & Modifications by Client
Given the exclusive nature of the properties and private services we secure, our cancellation policies are strict and reflect the terms of our elite partners:
- Cancellations made 90+ days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are strictly non-refundable.
- Any modifications to a confirmed itinerary may incur amendment fees in addition to any price differences from third-party suppliers.
4. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
While our logistics team offers extensive visa processing assistance, it remains the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of return. Petrasands cannot be held liable for any travel disruptions caused by border rejections, invalid visas, or failure to meet health and vaccination requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Petrasands acts as an agent for carefully vetted third-party suppliers (airlines, private aviation, hotels, and transport companies). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any independent suppliers.
Furthermore, Petrasands is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or aviation delays.
6. Travel Insurance Requirements
Due to the high-value nature of our bespoke journeys, comprehensive travel insurance (including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation) is strongly recommended, and in certain remote itineraries, strictly mandatory.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any agreements entered into with Petrasands shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
